Brothers 1968

Making shirts
since 1968.

Our journey began in a small Istanbul workshop and has continued for almost sixty years.

Knowing cloth, refining the right fit, and valuing the craft of stitching have shaped our approach to shirtmaking.

With our passion and experience, we create the enduring pieces of a man’s wardrobe.

Istanbul, 1968

A story that began in a workshop.

Brothers was founded in Istanbul by Şinasi Atik in 1968.

Our first workshop gave us the knowledge of cloth, cutting, and production on which the brand was built.

Fashion and expectations have changed, but our commitment to the craft of a good shirt has remained.

From production to the customer.

Our journey from the first workshop in 1968 to a factory making shirts for the world established the foundation of our brand.

After Sultanhamam, the opening of our Osmanbey store in 1986 brought our production expertise together with international customers.

Different fabrics, body types, and ways of wearing helped our products evolve.

That growing experience remains the source of Brothers expertise today.

The Constants Through the Years — ICONS

The Brothers story lives not only in archive photographs, but also in the shirts we still make today.

Kansas, Lunas, Madras, and Fargo each express our approach through their own cloth, fit, and details.
